About
Poetry has been important to Mali Morris ever since she had the great good luck to hear readings during the 1960s at the legendary Morden Tower. Returning to Newcastle for her show at the Hatton, she is delighted to be introducing three poets she admires greatly: Sinéad Morrissey, Jake Polley, and Tara Bergin, who will read in the beautiful Gallery one. Everyone is encouraged to come.
Mali Morris: Returning is the largest exhibition to date by this renowned British abstract painter, who studied at the Department of Fine Art, University of Newcastle, from 1963 -1968.
